Today is the last day of June. It also means half the year is gone with the closing of today. How time flies?
For this month, my achievements are:
Had my first public talk on parenting tips on 9/6/07. The title is “Family Bonding through Fun and Fitness”. The venue was at StarDus Clubhouse at River Valley Road. There was turn out of about 30 comprising teenagers and parents.
Did facilitation on 12/6 and 19/6 for talks by Jason and Jolly.
Assisted a friend on “Creative Writing” workshop for students from Pri 1 - Pri 3 on 18/6. Sure was happy to see how these children were able to made up new stories, through imagination.
Completed the 6 sessions on WINGS’ Guided Autobiography. Glad to have made some new friends. They are just fantastic women, aging gracefully in their own ways.
Got 9 enrolments for MindChamps programmes. My target is still to get 10 a month. Must persevere to achieve this goal.
Still doing my Reiki - this month more focus on myself and a few family members.
Tasks to be done in July 2007:
Give talks to Pri 6 students from 4/7 - 6/7 on Time Management and Motivation Study/Skill.
Attend monthly gathering at YMCA on 6/7 for The Society of Singapore Writers.
Attend 13 sessions of One-On-One presentation class. Last lesson ending on 2/8.
Give a talk on “How to talk so that your child listens” on 14/7 at Blossom Monte Creative Centre.
To file of documents that are accumulating.
To clear the plastic bags still piling in my room.
